IAAC Chair, presents IAAC’s progress at the Joint Development Support Committee (JDSC)

Andrea Melo, Chair of the Inter-American Accreditation Cooperation (IAAC), presented IAAC’s progress in strengthening accreditation and accredited conformity assessment activities during the Joint Development Support Committee (JDSC) meeting.

In her presentation, she highlighted the First IAAC Business Forum as a regional collaborative initiative that fosters engagement among governments, industry, conformity assessment bodies, and accreditation bodies, thus driving the development of conformity assessment across the Americas.

This participation reaffirms IAAC’s leadership in promoting technical cooperation and strengthening the Inter-American accreditation system.
