IAAC participates in the ILAC Inspection Committee in Bangkok

During the IAF/ILAC General Assembly meetings held in Bangkok, Thailand 🇹🇭, the Inter-American Accreditation Cooperation (IAAC) participated in the ILAC Inspection Committee, presenting regional progress in the accreditation of inspection bodies.

The IAAC presentation was delivered by Paola Marsico, Chair of the IAAC MLA, who highlighted joint efforts and actions carried out to strengthen technical competence and harmonization across the region.

The Committee was chaired by Martha Mejía, from the Mexican Accreditation Entity (ema), and supported by Paul Matera, from ANAB, who led a space for technical exchange and international collaboration.

IAAC’s participation reaffirms its commitment to strengthening quality infrastructure and fostering international technical cooperation.
